Food for thought - the more we eat meat, the more we are predisposed to age. Meat may be rich in protein, that may be good for the hair and nails (keratin), however, the over indulgence of this type of foods can actually damage our cells - there are several free radicals in a slab of meat. Option is to take in more vegetables and fish in our diet. AND LOADS OF WATER. I believe I can drink half of the contents of the 5Gallon purified water.
