Food for thought - the more we eat meat, the more we are predisposed to age. Meat may be rich in protein, that may be good for the hair and nails (keratin), however, the over indulgence of this type of foods can actually damage our cells - there are several free radicals in a slab of meat. Option is to take in more vegetables and fish in our diet. AND LOADS OF WATER. I believe I can drink half of the contents of the 5Gallon purified water. Believe you me, water is STILL the best beauty tip anyone can give you - and I guarantee that the effects of such are immediate.

Contrary to what people may say, carbohydrates may be bad for you if your activities after downing yourself with a whole loaf of bread may actually be just sleeping or sitting and doing nothing - or perhaps gravely concentrating on the computer to do reports (or GAMES in the internet (!!!)) - right, reports…Alas, carbs can be stuck in your waistline, and perhaps give you that SPARE TIRE you don’t really need. Honestly, don't take my word for it, just go ahead and try these new ones. I have done nails and trained several nail specialists on proper polish application as well as nail art and other nails spa services, and I have never been so impressed by these two.

I am not saying other imported brands with much more expensive prices are not to be tried. What I'm saying is, whenever I make a review, I rarely look at the price - I look at the quality.

THOUGHTS to ponder on Nail Health:

DO NOT BELIEVE in the marketing hype of other brands saying "we are safer" we have less or none of the following chemicals used, etc etc., my dears, I have NEVER encountered a polish brand that does not make my nail plate turn yellow after 10 days of use. Because all nail polish brands are bound to make your nails calcify and turn yellow, regardless of what super special chemicals they use. So please refrain from saying 'this polish is safer'...

The better way to say it is the application is better, the complete finish looks "polished" enough and your polish doesn't chip off that easily. Otherwise, ALWAYS remove your polish when the time it is no longer needed. Chipped nails are never impressive-looking... and it also looks 'cheap'.

Nail Tip:

To avoid yellowish nails due to polish applied, please don't let the nail polish stay on your fingers nails for more than ten (10) days. If there is a yellowish coloring already building up, get Calamansi or Lemon slices and rub over nail plate. The alkali of the citrus fruits when applied on the nail can neutralize the calcification process. Make sure to do this within 15 minutes of slicing the fruits, to avoid making the alkali turn into acid - yes this happens :-) (this is my geeky side speaking again).

Well manicured nails with just the right shade of polish actually completes the entire look of any lady. And that's why its so important to decide on which one will look smashinG! ♥
